This company bought my building last month, then days later they raised the rent $200-$300 dollars. The pics added is just a small example of what we are dealing with and the type they truly are. If this is how this company treats tenants who rent their spaces with care and responsibility, then I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you take your money and find another location before they put you in a similar position as myself. Now, in the two years I was a tenant at my complex, I was consistent in paying my monthly rent and parking fees on time, and when I moved out, the landlord even mentioned that my space was the cleanest that she had ever seen. Once I had finalized my move out, I did not receive a SINGLE OUNCE of communication from the corporate office about my security deposit until this morning (exactly the 21 day limit they have to issue my security deposit to me), when they gave me a letter stating that they were withholding my security deposit AND were charging me for being two days late!Īs a result, I have spoken to the landlord, the regional manager, the corporate office and a small number of other involved with PRE/3, the majority of which transferred me, or were not available (and have not returned my calls). To make a long story short, I had put in my one month's notice two days late (This was due to the death of my grandfather half a week prior, and my family and I were mourning and organizing all the necessary services for his burial). HOWEVER, my issue is with the corporate office, and the less-than-poor level of communication I have had with them since I have moved out.
In terms of the actual staff in my complex, they were always VERY helpful and accommodating, and were always available in the event that a quick fix or repair was needed.
